Over 3 months, we covered a lot of ground! Through our sessions Carmelle got clear on her goals and we took a look at her career path. With our coaching, she weighed her options and we devised a strategy to support her in expanding her options. This included assessments to hone in on her interests and motivators, mock interviews & coaching before informational interviews, and identifying resources she could leverage to make more connections. Carmelle had never written a resume (all of her roles had been through connections), but she created one she's proud of! That resume + her networking landed her a series of interviews at a top tech company - PLUS she got the promotion at her current company.
